一、概述(shu)

二、工作原(yuan)理
SLRQ系列(lie)液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)起動(dong)器是采用特種介質的水溶液(ye)作(zuo)為電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),在特殊設計(ji)的液(ye)阻(zu)(zu)箱(xiang)中引入(ru)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)作(zuo)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)串入(ru)電(dian)機轉子回(hui)路中,電(dian)機起動(dong)時,由(you)一(yi)小功(gong)率伺(si)服電(dian)機帶(dai)動(dong)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)移動(dong)來改變極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)的相對位置,使(shi)(串入(ru)轉子回(hui)路的)液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)由(you)大到小作(zuo)無(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)變化,從(cong)而使(shi)電(dian)機低電(dian)流平(ping)滑(hua)起動(dong)。
三、性能特點(dian)

二、工作原理
SLRQ系列液(ye)體電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)起動(dong)器是采用特(te)種介(jie)質的水溶液(ye)作為電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),在特(te)殊設計的液(ye)阻(zu)箱中引(yin)入(ru)極板作電(dian)(dian)極串(chuan)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉子回(hui)路中,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)起動(dong)時,由一小功(gong)率伺(si)服電(dian)(dian)機(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)極板移動(dong)來改變極板的相對位置(zhi),使(串(chuan)入(ru)轉子回(hui)路的)液(ye)體電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)由大(da)到小作無極變化,從而使電(dian)(dian)機(ji)低電(dian)(dian)流平滑起動(dong)。

l 起動(dong)性能(neng)遠優(you)于頻敏變阻(zu)(zu)器、油(you)浸(jin)變阻(zu)(zu)器、鑄鐵電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)等起動(dong)器。

十二、安裝調試
SLRQ系列(lie)起動器的安裝調(diao)試須在我方技(ji)術人員現場指(zhi)導(dao)下(xia)進行。但(dan)在正式(shi)調(diao)試前(qian)用(yong)戶需將設備就(jiu)位,并準備好(hao)連接主電(dian)機滑(hua)環至起動器的電(dian)纜(應(ying)能承載轉子電(dian)流)。
(一)、安(an)裝(zhuang)與(yu)連線(xian)
1、 控制柜(ju)和電阻柜(ju)應安裝(zhuang)在可泄水的(de)水泥(ni)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)上(shang),確保柜(ju)體(ti)與(yu)水平(ping)(ping)面垂直(zhi),柜(ju)體(ti)緊固于平(ping)(ping)臺(tai) 上(shang)的(de)槽(cao)鋼上(shang),且(qie)控制柜(ju)下(xia)方應有電纜溝(gou)。
2、 按(an)照電(dian)氣原理圖和電(dian)氣聯鎖圖將電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)轉子電(dian)纜線(xian)(電(dian)纜線(xian)能承載足夠的電(dian)流)引入起動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)柜并連接好(hao)(hao),同(tong)時接好(hao)(hao)聯鎖控(kong)制(zhi)線(xian)。
3、 檢查(cha)接線(xian)是否(fou)正確,緊固件是否(fou)松動(dong)。

十(shi)二、安裝調試
SLRQ系列起動器(qi)的安裝調(diao)試(shi)(shi)須(xu)在(zai)(zai)我(wo)方技術人員現(xian)場指導下進行(xing)。但在(zai)(zai)正式調(diao)試(shi)(shi)前用戶需將設備就位,并(bing)準備好連接(jie)主電機滑環至(zhi)起動器(qi)的電纜(應能承載轉子電流)。
(一)、安(an)裝與(yu)連線(xian)
1、 控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)和電(dian)阻柜(ju)應安裝在可泄水(shui)(shui)的(de)水(shui)(shui)泥平臺上,確(que)保柜(ju)體與(yu)水(shui)(shui)平面垂直,柜(ju)體緊固于平臺 上的(de)槽鋼上,且控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)下方(fang)應有電(dian)纜溝。
2、 按照電(dian)氣(qi)原理圖和電(dian)氣(qi)聯鎖(suo)圖將電(dian)動機(ji)轉子(zi)電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)(電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)能承載(zai)足夠的電(dian)流)引入起動控(kong)制柜并連接(jie)(jie)好,同時接(jie)(jie)好聯鎖(suo)控(kong)制線(xian)。
3、 檢查(cha)接線(xian)是否正(zheng)確,緊固件是否松動(dong)。
1、 檢查液體電阻極板對地絕緣電阻應≥5MΩ
(二)調試
1、 檢查(cha)液(ye)體電(dian)阻箱位置(zhi)和極(ji)板活動(dong)情況。在未配電(dian)阻液(ye)的情況下直向(xiang)提取活動(dong)極(ji)板,看是否靈(ling)活,否則應擺正液(ye)體電(dian)阻箱位置(zhi)。
2、 主電(dian)機一次回路(lu)不合閘,合上(shang)(shang)起動(dong)(dong)控制柜(ju)內的QF1,極板應(ying)向(xiang)復位向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong),否(fou)則應(ying)立(li)即(ji)斷開QF1,并把(ba)A、B、C三相(xiang)電(dian)源線(xian)中任意兩(liang)相(xiang)線(xian)調換一下即(ji)可,合上(shang)(shang)試驗(yan)按鈕SA,試驗(yan)起動(dong)(dong)器的起動(dong)(dong)、運行(xing)狀態是否(fou)正常(chang)(chang),然后斷開SA,看停機狀態是否(fou)正常(chang)(chang)。
3、 配制電(dian)阻液:
1 液體電阻的確定
串入電(dian)動機轉子回路每相電(dian)阻值(zhi)R0,按下式確定(ding):
U2e:轉子(zi)(zi)開路(lu)電壓(ya) I2e:轉子(zi)(zi)額定電流
I1e:定子額定電流 I1:定子運行電流
KM:起動轉(zhuan)矩比:1.1~1.3
2 液(ye)體電(dian)阻的(de)配(pei)制
a 先將活動(dong)極板移到允(yun)許起動(dong)位置(zhi),并將清水(shui)沖入(ru)水(shui)箱到規定水(shui)位的3/4左右;
b將電液溶解(jie)后分三等份(fen)注入三個(ge)水(shui)箱內,溶液濃度在3%左右;
c將(jiang)活動極(ji)升(sheng)降數次(ci),溶液攪拌均(jun)勻,然后(hou)將(jiang)極(ji)板復位(wei),測每相兩動靜極(ji)板間電阻值(zhi)R;
d若(ruo)R值在Ro范圍內(nei),就(jiu)可試(shi)車起動;若(ruo)R值未在Ro范圍內(nei)則需要調(diao)整(zheng)。R過(guo)大時應變大電液濃度(du);R過(guo)小時應降低電液粉濃度(du)。
3 液體電阻的(de)測量
將液體電阻(zu)的(de)活動(dong)極(ji)板移至允(yun)許起動(dong)位置后,給每相(xiang)兩動(dong)靜(jing)極(ji)板之間(jian)通(tong)于(yu)50HZ,5A交(jiao)流電流I(A),并測(ce)量兩電極(ji)之間(jian)的(de)壓降V(V),測(ce)液體電阻(zu)值為(wei):
R(Ω)= V(V)/ I(A)
測量電(dian)路如下:
B:調壓器 5KVA A:交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)0.5級(ji) V:交流(liu)電(dian)壓表(biao)0.5級(ji)
(三(san))試車
觀察起(qi)動(dong)電流是否小于(yu)1.3Ie,若是,則(ze)可以正式投入使(shi)用,否則(ze),應調整(zheng)電阻液體濃度,若起(qi)動(dong)電流過大,則(ze)應加適量清水降低電液濃度。
B:調壓器(qi) 5KVA A:交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)表0.5級 V:交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓表0.5級
(三)試車
觀(guan)察起動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)是否(fou)小于1.3Ie,若(ruo)是,則(ze)(ze)可以正式投入使(shi)用,否(fou)則(ze)(ze),應(ying)(ying)調整電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)液(ye)體濃(nong)度,若(ruo)起動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大,則(ze)(ze)應(ying)(ying)加適量清水(shui)降低電(dian)(dian)液(ye)濃(nong)度。
